So, you are considering, or actually going to do your LGV/PCV test?

They are both vocational categories that can open up a world of employment and opportunity. However, the pass rate is very similar to that of the car test at about 50% or less and after having spent a thousand pounds or more on your training course it is important to give yourself the very best chance of passing first time.

It is of interest to note that a big proportion of fails on these tests stem from basic vehicle skills and not necessarily problems with truck or bus control.

We have therefore devised a half day course (a longer course can be arranged if necessary) that will focus on the skills that can be perfected in a car and transferred to the truck or bus so as to greatly improve your chances of that pass.

The course represents excellent value for money when compared to the cost of your LGV/PCV course or the cost of a re-test!

Please note: We are not PCV/HGV trainers. We do however have driving instructors who are already qualified bus and truck drivers and as such know the standard of driving required for these tests.
