It is possible to earn a good living (typically £25k or more), be your own boss working hours that suit you rather than somebody else and be part of an exciting and rewarding working environment.

EXCEED Driver Training and Development are able to provide you with quality, locally based training (Teesside, Darlington and surrounding areas) and support throughout Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the required examinations to become a Driving Instructor. Our Instructor is FULLY trained and tested by DSA and O.R.D.I.T. registered.

We can provide a fully tailored course to suit you and your circumstances so you can continue in your current employment whilst you learn and train for your new one. Costs can be spread across the whole course (conditions apply - normally three instalments).

We provide comprehensive learning tools (latest books/CD-DVD ROMS) and we will arrange with you all of the initial paperwork for your registration and CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checks.

Being a Driving Instructor is a fantastically rewarding career in terms of watching your customers learn, develop their skills and then pass their test under your guidance, but it is not for everybody. Please feel free to ring us and arrange a face to face meeting over coffee perhaps to discuss fully all that is involved.

In order to train as an ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) you must have held a UK driving license for 4 years, be a "fit and proper person" and perhaps most importantly have the drive and determination to succeed.
